Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Studio On Screen Social at any time. There are two levels, depending on what you want removed.

1. Delete a connected social account's data

If you connected a social account (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and want its data removed:

• Sign in at social.studioonscreen.com
• Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
• Click Disconnect next to the account

Disconnecting immediately and permanently deleteseverything we hold for that account: the access tokens, the stored profile details, the statistics, and the full stats history. You can also revoke our access from the platform's side (e.g. Google security settings, or Facebook's Settings → Apps and Websites).

2. Delete your entire account

To delete your Studio On Screen Social account and all data associated with it — profile, workspaces, posts, usage records and any connected-account data — email hello@studioonscreen.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We action deletion requests promptly and confirm by reply when it's complete.
